The experience
Rum in Jamaica was never a quiet drink. The Society is our version of an evening yard session — the grill lit late, bottles opened slowly and nobody in a hurry to sit down.
The flight
Four aged rums, poured and introduced by our bar team, chosen to move from grassy and bright to deep and molasses-heavy.
The room
Standing, loud in the right way, and lit by the grill rather than the ceiling.
