Where is Jerk Harbour located?
We're at Jungle Avenue Food Court, A&C Mall, East Legon, Accra — easy parking and open seven days a week.
What is the minimum guest number for a private event?
Intimate private dining starts at two guests. Larger reserved areas are confirmed with the events team based on your date.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready for collection in 18–25 minutes. Delivery across Greater Accra usually lands within 45 minutes.
Can I hire the whole venue?
Exclusive use is considered case by case depending on the date and guest numbers. Send your date and we will confirm what is possible.
Do you deliver across Accra?
Yes. We deliver through Bolt Food and direct WhatsApp orders across East Legon and Greater Accra.
Is there a venue hire fee or minimum spend?
Private events are quoted as a custom proposal. Where a minimum food and beverage spend applies, it is stated clearly in writing before you commit.
Can I collect my order?
Absolutely. Order on WhatsApp or by phone, then collect at the counter — we'll tell you the exact time.
How much notice do you need?
The earlier the better, especially at weekends. Send your date and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit confirms your date. The amount and terms are set out in your written proposal.
Is the food very spicy?
Our jerk carries real scotch bonnet warmth but never burns. Tell us your heat level and we'll adjust.
Can I bring a cake?
Yes. Let us know in your enquiry and we will store, present and serve it.
Do you have vegan and vegetarian options?
Yes — the Ital Veg Rundown, rice & peas, plantain and festival are all plant-based or vegetarian.
Do you cater private and corporate events?
We do, from 15 guests to 500. Give us 24 hours where possible and we'll handle the rest.
Can I bring decorations?
Customer-supplied decorations are welcome, subject to our setup times and safety rules. Confirm details with the events team.
Can I book the space for a private event?
Yes. Tell us your date, guest count and vibe and we'll come back with a package.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Tell us how many children are coming so we can plan seating and menu options.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary needs?
Yes. Note allergies and dietary requirements in your enquiry and the kitchen will build the menu around them.
Is there a vegetarian or vegan menu?
Vegetarian and vegan options are available and can be built into any private-event menu on request.
Can I visit before booking?
Yes. Request a viewing in the enquiry form and the team will confirm a time with you.
Can corporate clients receive an invoice?
Invoicing is available on request for corporate bookings. Mention it in your enquiry.
What happens if guest numbers change?
Numbers can usually be adjusted up to the confirmation point in your proposal. Tell us as soon as you know.
What is the difference between private events and catering?
Private events are hosted at Jerk Harbour in East Legon. Catering is when we bring the food, and where available the service, to your own location.
Do you label allergens?
Yes. Tell us about any allergy when you order and the kitchen will confirm what is safe. Common allergens on site include peanuts, shellfish, dairy and gluten.
How spicy is the jerk?
Our house jerk is a warm medium. Ask for mild or extra scotch bonnet and the kitchen will adjust.
What payment methods do you accept?
Mobile money, cards and cash in person. Delivery partners take card and mobile money in their apps.
Is there parking?
Yes, free customer parking at A&C Mall including covered bays near the food court entrance.
What are your opening hours?
We serve daily; current hours are always listed on our contact page and update automatically.
