About these terms
These terms apply when you order from Jerk Harbour, book catering or an event with us, or use this website. Placing an order means you accept them.
Orders
Menu items and prices are shown in Ghana Cedis and may change. Everything is cooked to order, so availability can run out during service — we will tell you as soon as we know.
Typical preparation time is 18–25 min, though this can be longer at peak times.
Delivery and collection
Delivery across Accra is fulfilled by our delivery partners under their own terms, including delivery fees and timings. Collection orders should be picked up promptly so food is eaten at its best.
Payment
We accept mobile money, cards and cash in person. Orders placed through delivery partners are paid within those apps.
Catering and events
Catering and private event bookings are confirmed only once we have agreed a written quote and received any deposit stated in it. Cancellation terms are set out in each quote; deposits may be non-refundable close to the event date.
Allergens and dietary needs
Our kitchen handles peanuts, shellfish, dairy and gluten. We take allergies seriously but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Always tell us about an allergy before ordering.
Website use
Content, photography and branding on this site belong to Jerk Harbour and may not be reused without permission. We aim to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is error-free at all times.
